We’re forming a founding steward team for a specific public benefit corporation devoted to rebuilding trust and humanity in digital technology — beginning with psychotherapy and the field of mental health and wellbeing. We are not chasing growth for its own sake. We are building a system that protects the confidentiality, dignity, and autonomy of human relationships.
This is not a startup. It’s a living organism — one that grows only as fast as it can stay alive and one that will never be for sale. We aren’t doing this to get rich but to become enriched.
It’s a specific public benefit corporation built to endure — 100% worker-owned, democratically led, mission-locked, and designed not as an act of resistance, but as a model architecture for the evolution of business.
